Nice Park, Read Policies
RV space are semi narrow, picnic table each spot, fire pit available for me rent. Make sure you understand reservation policy, NO REFUNDS!! All employees super nice along with a few nice amenities, pool hot tub, community center, fishing dock. Would stay again.

Be Careful On Your Credit Card
We had been to the park when it first open 2008, it was grass small site's but $25. We book a site for three days, charged 3 day and 3 days for a dog $75, we tried to cancel 3 days before we arrive. We got charge within one hour for all 3 days and dog fee. No refunds most RV site only charge the first night. This is not a very big park and not a resort.

The park is very nice and well kept. It is right on the water which makes it nice to swim, boat or fish. The staff is helpful and very eager to ensure your stay is great. We stayed for three months and have already booked our return for next winter. Centrally located you have easy access to Burnett, Marble Falls, or Kingsland and Austin is only a little over an hour away. I would have given it a 5 but the wifi is horrible down in the little valley where we stayed and the laundry room is also not good. You will most likely do your laundry in town. The machines are old and don't always work. Overall though a great place. Can't wait to see our friends again this January.

Cheaper Base Rate
The base rate was $10 cheaper than competitio n, but they make it up on the a' la carte charges. They were nice enough not to charge for the 2 dogs cuz they are miniatures, or for the 3rd person. The grounds are nice and clean, didn't taste the water, but they said it had a flavor. It's right in the lake and makes a great place if you have a boat etc. Only warning is that the sewer access is half way down the site and we couldn't hook up until leaving.

Pet Policy
Read the pet policy before you book! I refuse to pay $10.00 per night for a pet over 35 lbs and $10.00 per night for a second pet!! Ridiculous!
