Fit The Bill At The Top Of The Hill
This park is literally at the top of the hill, but conveniently located off I-10 near Boerne. Our spot seemed to be like the others … mostly level, with a picnic table, and water, electrical, and sewer hookups. However, there is very little space between the sites with the neighbors septic drain near our picnic table. The clubhouse bathrooms and showers were nice. Maneuvering larger trailers (our’s is 35’ bumper pull) through the park was kind of tricky due to narrow roads, but thankfully the curbs weren’t too high. The park is certainly not a nature lovers camp spot, but it served its purpose. A nice touch was receiving a thank you postcard in the mail afterward.

This Rv park is about 40 minutes from Alamo and about 45 to 50 minutes from the missions of San Antonio. A very nice place and staff to make your stay very pleasant. If back in this area again will definitely stay again.

Served Its Purpose
We stayed at the park while visiting friends in the area so the time actually spent in the park was minimal. The reservation was made 20 minutes before we arrived and everything was ready when we got there. Our site was spacious and everything worked as it should. The park looks to be mainly permanent residents so a lot of the sites appeared to be “homey.” We spent one afternoon hanging out at the park and enjoyed the views from “top of the hill.“ There were multiple stations for pet owners throughout the park, and while I didn’t use the laundry facilities they were very clean. There was a pool onsite and it too was clean. Overall, the park is well maintained, its location was great and the park provided a place where we could have restful nights sleep.

Really nice park. Wi-Fi is ok. Good water pressure. Lots are spacious. There is a significant hill coming into the park.

Nice Park.
Nothing fancy, but a nice park. Very hilly, and I would not enter after dark, or without their escort. Great overnight stop.

Pleasant And Clean
Stopped overnight on a longer trip. Phone reservation was hassle-free. White gravel sites were clearly marked and unobstructed. Grass dog run area was large and clean. Walking around camp involves a lot of hills, not for people with joint issues. Yes, there are many permanent residents, but park is neat and well-kept. Trouble-free WiFi.

This place is not exactly as advertised. The RV spots aren't paved. It's run down & the majority of RV's are permanent. The people are living at this place! It's not a true RV park in my opinion. I won't be back.
