Lots of shade trees very quite campground about half or over are full timer sites. Not much space on sites. WiFi was ok but if more than one device have to pay. Cell service very low.

Camp sites are really close and many of the doors are filled with long-term residents.

Full Time RVer

We were helping a family member close on a new house and stayed there for 3 days. Did not use utilities for those 3 days. Upon check in, were told they were remodeling bathrooms so we could not use them. Cable was very fuzzy. Had to leave a day early but they don't do refunds. Not Happy!

Not Bad

Its a little on the tight side but over all its nice. And nicely located near places to see and do.

Great Place To Stay

The staff are beyond friendly and very accommodating. The pool is kept super clean as are all the sites. The laundry mat on site is clean and well maintained. Would recommend anyone staying here on season or off season!

I love this place. Had no idea about any of the campgrounds around here, just picked this one because it sounded like it met my needs. The staff is very accommodating. It's small but I'm good with that. Some of the comments I've read talk about how tight the spots are but I backed my 32 foot class-a in on the first try. I'm noticing a lot of people with a lack of backing experience. I pull a 16 foot motorcycle trailer with my camper and backing is not a problem. Maybe practice backing more often....just sayin'. Anyhow, great location, great staff, beautiful campground. I will always use this one and recommend it in the future.

Nice Day At The River

Great location with riverfront sites. Super nice ladies working at the front desk. Met some great campers while there - everyone is friendly. Hot showers were welcome after a few days in the Smokies.
