It’s not the old yogi bear anymore, this place has really gone down hill, with a lot of permanent sites that are not kept up. Our site was grown over electrical panel , fire pit and cable box was broken. Pool wasn’t clear and a lot of bugs floating on the water. Took our dogs for a walk and spent an hour picking ticks off them. They got our dates mixed up, booked us in June instead of July ( that’s how far we booked in advance) still mixed it up when we got there had to pay for a night we weren’t there. Don’t worry about speeders the roads are a mess, our site was a dirt hole and with a little rain we would of been up to our knees in mud. Wouldn’t be back, the KOA is a better choice or two rivers

Over Night Stay
Level sites. GPS took us right to the address. There has been a name change. Now called Nashville RV Resort and Cabins. That would had been helpful to know beforehand. Flat gravel spots, well laid out. We carry our own WiFi on board. Camp boasts of WiFi. Except for the $$ will recommend a stay. We will stay during next run through Nashville...

GPS took us right to the site. Had some mix up on site number, but straightened out friendly and quickly. Very popular therefore crowded. Gravel pads but very level. Full hook ups every thing worked well. Great location, don't have to travel far to get to things you might need. Plus a camping world right next door. Recommend to all. Designed very addicqitely. Good place to stay while in Nashville.

Very Big Rig Friendly
Driving alone in a 42 foot motorhome towing I worried about the logistics of this park being in a crowded tourist area but no worries. It was very easy to get in and out of and the sites were very wide with plenty of room to maneuver. This was not an inexpensive overnight, but it was a very convenient stop with a big rig and there are not a lot of big rig alternatives along RT 40 in this area. The office staff was business-like but friendly. When I got to my site, I found some jerk already parked in it, but the office was very apologetic and straightened it out right away.

Great Experience
You can tell the employees love their jobs. Very kind and attentive. There is lots for the kids to do and they have a text message system to get updates on each event. The ground itself is very clean. They pick up trash hourly. Great park.

Vacation
My family has enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of activities to do for our granddaughter. Staff was great. Taking the shuttle to downtown was really easy and worth it. The guy at the front gate was awesome, he hadn't been in town long but had learned some helpful hints. He recommended Santa Fe restaurant and was spot on, really good food. We look forward to our next visit!

Been camping at this campground for years and others Jellystone campground and never have been treated the way we were treated this Memorial Day weekend. Made reservations for this Memorial Day weekend back in Nov 2016 in person (not over the phone) able to pick the sites (qty 2 sites for 2 campers) that we wanted. Checked in Friday and they had moved us to a totally different sites but 1 site was in the front of the campground and the other was all the way in the back of the campground. I told the general manager that we made these reservations in Nov. and we wanted the sites that we picked. She told me that we didn't called back at the beginning of 2017 to lock-in the sites.(new reservations system) I told her again that we picked and paid in full back in Nov 2016. She became VERY RUDE and told me that she would be glad to give me a refund and I could go somewhere else. We just drove 3 1\2 hours afterwards we did get 2 sites.

Rude Staff On May 15
Amenities are good. Food was below average. Lady working on Mother's Day could not have been any nicer. May 15 2017 the younger girl working there was extremely rude to the point that we will never recommend this place nor come back here anymore. Was flagged on the way out by one of the guys working there, to say the least he was an a-hole. We are a big family who always treat people with respect and never cause any trouble, this is the first bad review we ever write. Due to how the two employees spoke to us, we will avoid all jelly stone parks. Bad people, bad for business.

Very disappointed in Jellystone. Stayed here because they were listed as accepting Passport America, but upon arrival was told they only have six sites and they are 30 amp service. I have a 40 ft motor home with 50 amp service. Paid $70.00 for one night. Could barely fit my coach into the tiny site and had to park my car between the coach and picnic table

Excellent pool, bounce houses, showers, and shaded sites. Staff was very friendly. We would stay here again!

Overall a nice park. Good rates and offers tents for troops. Nice bath houses, good ranger station and staff, maintenance staff could use some people skills. We will always look to stay again.
