We stayed here years ago and it was clean . Now they have alot of permanent people. They don't make people clean up and the neighbors next to us needs to replace the sewer hose that is leaking. It is a dump.

Not To Bad

The new owners are really cleaning this place up, the pool is nice there are permanent RVs there but the people are nice quiet nights space's are gravel but fairly level full hookups I would definitely stay here again

This park has a new name and new owner. There are lots of long term tenants but a lot of them are weekenders. The park is pretty clean. They have a swimming pool, laundry and restrooms. When we pulled in I was skeptical about the park, but after two nights I can safely say it is pretty quiet at night. Occasional car or truck noise only, just in the park no road or interstate noise or trains. The new office staff are friendly and very helpful. They have several site with full hookups and can accommodate rigs of all sizes. Sites are not totally level but a strategically placed 2x6 took care of that. Did not see any concrete pads but mostly gravel. A few speed bumps on the main road. New name is T N 40 RV.
