The Good The Bad The Ugly

The Good: easy off easy on I 40 eastbound. The spots among the trucks were long and fairly level. Lots of shady area to relax or walk outside the rig. Attendant on duty cleaning. We were able to stay overnight using our generator with no issues. The Bad: signs warning of only 2 hour parking (always puts a pit in my gut). The spots while very long were tight so the semi trucks were on top of us. There are only like 12 spots (trucks moved in and out rather quickly- so good for a spot to free up but bad for noise if you are a light sleeper). The Ugly: nothing We slept well without interruption. We boon-dock a lot at rest areas, Walmarts, and Travel Plazas, would stay here again if needed for a well needed overnight rest.
