Good
Ill start by sayong this park is immaculate and very nice. Bathrooms are top notch, clean, good water pressure and hot. Pads are level and concrete. However there are so many campers there isn't really a view. The pool is very nice and big with a food truck of some sort parked near. Lots of parents with alcohol in the pool. Cool if that's your thing. The lake was really nice. Big nice inflatables and top notch beach area. If you came for the pool, lake and club house then you won't be disappointed. If you came for peace and quiet you will be disappointed. There is golf cars flying around at high speed s all hours of the day and night, be careful! If you are into parking lot style camping, this place nailed it.

This RV park has all the amenities as advertised. It is clean and the staff are very friendly. The cost is very reasonable for the amenities they offer. Would stay there again.

Without question one of the nicest places we've ever stayed. It's a little tough to find an open site but well worth it. We stayed in site 11 on April 9,10, and 11th of 2021 and could not have been more pleased. Check in was smooth and simple and the clerks were very nice. We will be back as soon as possible

That’s What They All Say!
Read all of the reviews here. Now, think about them. This place is still better! One of the best configured, well-run and clean facilities we will see. The sites are awesome. The views are incredible. The amenities are top-notch. So far all of my neighbors have been very polite and quiet. As I write this, this is literally my 500th night RV camping and this campground makes an impact on me. To top it all off, I Wouldn’t have been here hadn’t happened call at the right time just when one camper canceled and I lucked into a great site. Make it here if you can.

WOW
This place is AMAZING! Great for families, pet friendly and the lake is beautiful! I suggest using THEIR bathhouse for showering. It’s like being in your own home! The camper sites are a little close, but don’t let that hinder your stay. It is very clean, the staff is super friendly & accommodating. Valet trash too. Our dog Gypsy LOVED-going for a swim at the boat dock, although it was a bit of a walk from our spot. We were lucky to have gotten a spot for just the one night.

Wow
This place is immaculate. Arrived at noon and was greeted in the driveway by a staff member to check in. She was pleasant and collected my info to go inside to check in. The staff from the office to the grounds crew were pleasant. Every site is at least concrete and every road/street is paved. Easy to get to off of I-40 and only 20 mins from Sevierville. Even the items in the little store were reasonably priced. $5 cash for a large tote of firewood. Nice pickle and basketball courts. There is a reason this place is completely booked out 12-18 months year round.

Spent the last few days here. Awesome place!!! Staff was extremely friendly and the RV site very well maintained with easy access to E/W/S hookups. The only negative is trying to book a future stay is difficult as they are booked solid for most of the year. But, if we can get back, we will!!! Hope to see you in the future!

Great Place
Nice place, little expensive. Great staff. Had a roof leak and the helped while I patched it up. Then had a water line leak inside the camper and again they helped me get it fixed for the rest of our stay

Very nice RV park. It’s well maintained and clean facilities. It’s very popular and reservations need to be made way in advance to be able to get a site. Weekends are like two years out. If you are willing to plan that far ahead, it’s worth the wait. Some sites are much nicer than others with much nicer views of the lake and mountains. Choose wisely.

Pricy and Jammed
We’re heard about this place for years and finally made it. Can certainly see why the rave reviews. People are extremely nice and helpful. The sites have large spacious pads and level. Gorgeous Mountain views. But you need to know is that this place is jammed. I can see why families might like it. Tons of kids on bikes and in the streets. Must be very careful. They rent golf carts which are everywhere. This is not the place for privacy or solitude.

This is one of the nicest campground grounds I have stayed in. We have been all over the country and I would rank it above Disney and Ocean Lakes.

Beautiful spot! Clean, comfortable, and well done! This is a 5 start resort hands down. The owners could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The dog park is great, and so are the other amenities. We would not bring a boat, but otherwise amazing.

FANTASTIC PARK
One of the very best parks ever. Manicured landscaping as well as most beautiful scenery of Douglas Lake and the Smoky Mountains. This park is in the country where is peaceful; however, it is just moments away from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Time flys and you really hate to leave. Each site is very large allowing plenty of space for a 41 Ft. fifth wheel and your tow vehicle . We have booked 2 additional trips to this park. It is a little pricey - but well worth it.

The campground was very nice but I feel it was over priced. The overall look of the campground was very nice but they didn't keep it mowed very good. The grass where the dogs did there business was very high. They finally mowed the camping areas but never did mow the dog area. The pool area was very nice and the lake area was very senic and nice access to the water. Over all it was nice but just a little over rated.

Beautiful Place
RV park was great. Staff very helpful for newbies. We stayed in April, quiet, not too many kids. Beach, slide,& pool not open yet. Would be a different story in summer. Very clean park, lots of amenities, most sites have lake view, some have beautiful fireplaces, only downfall is there are no trees for shade, probably brutal in summer months.

Stop On By!
This is a great site. Over the period of our travels, we enjoy staying at nice campgrounds/rv resorts. Anchor Down is at the top of our list. Great pool, friendly service, dog park, and a breathtaking view of the lake and the Smokies! All for about $50 a night, you can’t beat it! The staff were genuinely friendly and they would stop and talk with us from time to time. We did not travel with children but the kids at the resort had a blast. We met many great travelers and it was a bit hard to see everyone part on their travels. Without a doubt, this is one of the best rv resorts! We will definitely be back . . . time and time again. Located close to the Smoky Mt. National Park, Sevierville, and Knoxville (Go Vols!).

The Best
Camp host across from space 81 is the greatest. He went out of his way to help me fix a jack on my motorhome. That totally made up for the wine bag girls at the front desk at check-in. I would recommend this place to anyone. (5+ stars)

Horrible Experience
Very rude...rude comments about our vintage camper...very "elitest"...more like a parking lot than a campground. We demanded our money back immediately and found a MUCH nicer (in every way) place to camp. No excuse for the way they treated us! Would give less than 1 star if allowed!

Loved It!
What's not to love about a place that allows you to park with a beautiful lake and the Smoky Mountains in your backyard? This park is clean, offers many amenities, and is an easy commute from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. This was our first visit, and we're already looking at summer dates for a return visit.

Top Notch
My family and I traveled down for four nights in mid October. I messed up and booked the wrong dates and the staff worked very hard to fix my mistake. The facility is everything you could ask for in a family resort. Great pool, great kids pool, and very clean facility. We will be returning again and again.
