Great Place

Great place. Lots to do for kids, but the pool has Covid. After reading other comments, the office told us they do fog for mosquitoes and make people go inside while they do. We stayed by the river and we had to check for ticks. It’s a huge campsite, and the staff is constantly out and working.

Best We Have Seen In Area

Lovely campground on the edge of the Badlands. Lots of shade trees, laid out well, level spaces, roomy. Great cable TV. The mosquitoes and flies are an issue. We were driven inside about 5:30 pm. Otherwise a great campground; much better than the one we stayed in last year in Wall. Staff is very nice and helpful. Their pizza was pretty good too!

Great Stay!

We were at White River KOA for three nights. The staff and facilities were great. Their pizza was very good and the trees were great for shade. They have cable tv hookups so those of us who have satellite antennas weren’t completely out of luck. The only negative I have is not with the park itself, but the mosquitoes were pretty bad with all the rain they’ve had this year. Again, not their fault !!

Please Spray For Mosquitos

Nice park, good pool. Lots to do, but they had tons of mosquitoes, I asked at the office and they do not have a spraying program and I feel like they need to spray for mosquitoes. Other than that a good park, shower houses could use updated but they were clean and usable

Clean, friendly, helpful, pool very good for kids.

Nice Spot

Nice shady spots and clean facilities. One of the best spots in the badlands.

River Bottom

If it weren't for the flies and huge mosquitos this would be perfect. Awesome accommodations for being in the middle of no where. Well stocked store and nice hot showers. My children loved the pool and playground.

Close To Ideal But ...

Excellent grounds and facilities. Only drawback were ask the flies in the morning and evening. Without them, this would be 5*.
