The RV park was clean and close to both Custer and Mt Rushmore Pat at the front desk was particularly helpful We would stay here again

Pricey For What You Get

Sites are clean and well kept, but are close together. No TV channels could be picked up with my antenna booster. WiFi works, but is slow. Attractions are nearby. The creek that runs through the campground is nice. Has a pool and bathrooms. We did not use either.

Sweet Spot

A pretty little spot under new ownership and these folks are working hard on updates and service. Decent sites aren’t large, but adequate and nicely shaded with ample grass and sizable trees. Best part is that park backs up to a gorgeous little creek and the George Michelson Trail for hikers and bikers. Facilities are clean and owners extremely helpful. We’d definitely return here.

Spots are close and the "assist" you to the exact place to park. A little on the pricey side and they make you pay for one night in advance. Just up the road towards Rapid City are much nicer places with concrete pads for the same money.

We stopped her to avoid the zootopia of the KOA. Stayed for one night, plenty of spaces and was not put on top of another camper. Excellent local staff, fire pits available for free if your space doesn’t have one. Great old trees around the whole area, creek running through near the tent sites and right by our trailer site. Very quite!! Showers and bathrooms were nice and clean. They had a pool, playground, bounce house and even tetherball. Would definitely stay again!

Great Little Place

Stayed here 4 nights in our TT to visit Rushmore and crazy horse memorial. Nice campground. Friendly helpful staff. Close to all the attractions.

RV sites are close together . Good shade a little on the high price side for what you get. Did not do the breakfasts so no comment on that. Most of the staff are nice and helpful. One or two not so much. Shower and restroom average.

4th Stay

We had a great time. The setting is pretty, and convenience. Great laundry facilities. Love the breakfast. We just had a great time and will come back.

Sigh - Wifi Did Not Work

Nice park in the Black Hills, close to major attractions. Quiet and friendly, however no wifi even though they show it available. Staff stated wifi has been a problem to get working and was not likely to be resolved. Staff seemed to be non residents and did not know the area very well - asked for a recommendation on dinner that was not burgers or fast food - was sent to a burger place on the other side of the nearby town.
