In Transition?

First things first, there's a clubhouse for rent on the property, so expect to have parties going on weekends They were not too noisy or late when we were there, but they do park in the middle of the access roads at times and make it hard to get around. This was a nice campground that we wanted to like. We heard from a neighbor that had been there longer that the owners just sold to a bigger chain and no longer cared to do anything. The bathrooms were not bad, but I don't think they were cleaned in the week we were there, and they only restocked TP and hand towels when both bathrooms were completely empty. If you get a site in a lower part of the park your sewer may not drain well, or at all. If you don't have sewer, there isn't a dump station, they just said find an empty site to dump. The water was shut off on Wednesday for a repair and the washers went out of order from then for the rest of the week. We wanted to like it, but it wasn't kept up well. Hopefully that's just transition

Nice family Operation

Very well run camp ground. A little tight in and out. Weak wifi, but you could get a good connection in the club house. Very centrally located. We stayed a week, visited Gettysburg several times, Lancaster, and Annapolis Md. My seasonal next door neighbor, decided to trim the grass in his fenced in dog run, with a gas weed wackier, at 8am on Sunday morning. You run into inconsiderate A holes everywhere these days.

Camper

I would say this is one of the better campgrounds that we stayed in since May 26th the ownership is very friendly to us very helpful it's quiet it's clean easy to get to came for 3 days and ended up staying 10 days I would say this is a 4 1/2 star rated place because I have never found something that's five star this has been the top of the line for us this summer

Cute campground, showers new and Hugh. Laundry room sparkling. Quiet, near highway but not too noisy, convenient location and reasonable rates. Owners working very hard on improvements. Owners are lovely young couple.
