Confrontational & No Customer Service
We went to this KOA when we were invited by friends. We seen numerous bad reviews for this KOA on various sites/apps and boy were those bad reviews spot on. It seems all the issues are with a female owner/employee on a power trip.
My wife was yelled, yes yelled at because our dogs were playing and barking late Friday morning. However the morons that run this place put 2 RVs from our group with no kids next to the playground/pool.
Teens from our group were once again yelled at for playing cornhole because they were loud. It wasn’t quiet time.
A family next to our group was kicked out because they were out enjoying their fire after 11 by the same female as she told them they needed to be in their RV. They were not noisy at all. Said female is confrontational to guest and has no clue how to politely enforce rules or interact with guest

Very Nice
Gearing up for season. Busy, friendly, helpful staff. Plenty of long pulls, large sites. We took a site for a patio. We have dogs and it was drizzly. Two tiny dog parks, but plenty of walking space. Walmart and other shopping within 10 miles, gas within 8 miles. Presque Isle state park close. A keeper of a stop.

Never Again
This went from a normal nice KOA to an awful place with the emergence of unstable ownership. I wish I had read recent reviews. The owner seemed nice enough then called just 15 minutes later screaming vile accusations and making threats. Customer service out the window backtracking our previous conversation. I have no idea what happened to the woman I spoke with just 15 minutes earlier. We came to an agreement that we were no longer going to stay at her establishment based on outburst. Part ways and there would be no charge. Then she charged my credit card. So far corporate KOA just acknowledges the history of problems but can do nothing but apologize.

Enjoyed this campground. Owner is very friendly. We would love to come back here. Cute along to visit and see here in Erie Pa.

Love Site 30
If you don't mind paying a couple extra bucks, get the back in patio at site 30. Great spot especially if rain is a factor. Private and close to facilities. Paver patio & a grill for a one nighter+ (if you don't want to unload). Great folks here also. 5*
Also, stayed here 9/2. Liked it so much, stayed again on our way home 9/23 at the same site; good old #30.

Very Nice
This KOA is only 20 miles from home but we wanted to try out the new Travel trailer. Sites were nice size, water pressure good, very level. Lots of cabins and even a couple of cool teepees you can stay in. Many activities. They had an ice cream social followed by a visit from Jungle Terry. He brought animals from all over the world and the little kids loved it even with social distancing. Looks like they have many events all summer. Cell service and TV reception great. Great location for all Erie attractions. Great place for families.

We called from Flatwoods Koa in morning for a stop here for the night on our way back to Canada Oct 3 no problem getting a site for the night. Easy check in even with office being closed when we arrived.
Washrooms were clean but could be updated. Site 46 was a bit of a disappointment as the sower hookup is to far away from the electric hookup, (we choice to have electricity but) the washroom was fairly close so we just used their washroom. The sites could use Re leveling but its nice that they are gravel so no mud seeing it rained. Would stay here again. didn’t get to see all that the park has to offer.

Best Campground Of The Summer!!
This is a great place!!! We had a blast! The pond is adorable and my 13 year old really enjoyed fishing! The pool is warm and clean. The laundry facilities are nice and well kept. The staff is kind and the grounds are well kept. The fire pits are a bit hard to start a fire in since the are scooped out too regularly, so start dinner really early if you are going to cook on the fire! Otherwise if we get the opportunity we will choose to come back here again. Nice place!!

Great Campground
Very pretty, well maintained and busy place. Very nice office staff. Easy to check in late if you call ahead. Would stay there again, nice clean showers, two little dog parks (they could use some water). My only complaint was that the cleaning crew should wait until after 11am to clean the facilities because everyone is trying to get their shower in before check out.

We stayed for 3 nites with our motorhome and toad Jeep in one of their patio sites and it was perfect! Weber gas grill, concrete patio, fire pit, wrought iron patio furniture, great hookups and cable tv. A short trip to town and Presque Isle State Park. Perfect.

Absolutely the best KOA that we have stayed! We are on a round trip journey from Calif to Vermont and have stayed in several very nice KOA's but none better than this.
