Mostly grassy field with a couple dozen slots, somewhat overgrown. Some of the slots are huge. Utilities and common rooms are not in good repair, wife refused to use ladies room. Campground lost its cable provider, now has none. Many permanent residents with less than sightly rigs, some derelict. Charming neighborhood, picturesque gristmill, very nice owner, attractive rates, but property needs a lot of refurb and maintenance to attract repeat business.

Historic area with an old grist mill. The camp store sells a good variety of items, including flour from the mill. Beautiful countryside. Very close to the Pennsylvania turnpike (76). Some road noise. The owners are very nice. Despite what this website says, there is NO CABLE and we were unable to get any TV channels with our antenna, either. Price was very reasonable; Passport America (not on weekends) or Good Sam discounts available and they take credit cards

Owners are great, price is outstanding.
Just arrived today. First experiance going very well. The people here are very helpful. Charles helped my wife and i unhook the camper. It pays to have an experianced camper near by.
Very calm here small steam outside our site. I'll sleep well tonight

This camp is next to the turnpike, so it is convenient for a pass-through. The camp itself has seen better days. Everything is run down. About half the RVs appear permanent, half transient.

Nice RV Campground
This was our first trip to this campground. The price for this area is very reasonably priced everyone there was nice and helpful not to mention they offer cable TV and Wi-Fi and they are also opened year round our family will definitely come back to this campground again. I highly recommend it.

Best sandwiches around plus pancake and cornbread flour made on premises
