Not as it seems. Spaces are small and don’t really have a view. Would not stay here again. Saw Lots of other stuff parks that looked nicer

Gone Downhill
Not nearly as nice as it used to be with former management. Wifi and TV connection was horrible. Wouldn't recommend.

Beautiful Spot And Site
Site #2 was a tight turn to back in with our 34 ft 5th wheel but worth it. The best ocean view but a gorgeous site with a great view from the chair. Dogs were happy. Easy walk to the beach. Hosts we're nice.

Great Location
Easy to reserve last minute for an overnight. Friendly staff. Shrubs between sites for privacy. Not huge sites but adequate. Easy walk across the street to beach. You absolutely must go to beach at low tide. Check out the tide pools, saw starfish, sea anemones, crabs, shrimp and more. Great view from out site of beach. Did not notice road noise during night. Due to covid must be self contained as bathroom, shower and laundry closed. Our site was full hookups. Must wear mask if leave your site which we appreciated. Overall good overnight stop. Price $48 plus taxes in April.

Mr
Great stay, enjoyed the sounds of the ocean. Too many ‘out of state folks’ filled up the park fast. Wish they could limit to Oregon residents only.

Lucked Out Getting Site 14
Long back in plenty of room, left 15 feet for setting chairs and fire pit at rear of unit. It’s not real wide but plenty room for three slides a the view is amazing, yes dome shrubs between sites but worth it for the privacy. Adherence to mask required was great, picked blackberries along path to beach!

Stayed for three nights last June...awesome place! Staff was helpful and services were OK. Best thing is obviously location and views, wow! We had a “partial view” but it was great. Highly recommend this location.

Location, Location, Location
Forget about WiFi & Electronics. Put them away. Grab your chair and enjoy “The View” of a lifetime. Park is well kept and well marked. Wake up, look outside and watch the whale spouts. Short walk to YOUR beach. Let the waves wash away tensions. On a 1-5 scale I give it a 7!!

We spent 7 nights in spot 40 at Seal Rocks RV Cove. This is one of the full hook up sites with 50 amps and it is a large spot with a front row view of the ocean. It was plenty roomy for a 35 foot fifth wheel and our truck. One is not crowded in by others. It is directly next to the path that leads to highway 101 where you can - at your risk- cross the busy road to access the beach. The nice parts of this RV park are its cleanliness, the views, a quiet and sedate group of campers, fire rings, picnic tables, and the spacing between sites. Sites are pretty level with graveled slabs. Not all have 50 amps. If you are mobility impaired you may have a work out getting to the one small restroom and shower building for this park. There are some slite hills. Wifi is available, but very slow and with verizon we had no to some cell service. Cable tv is a bit fuzzy, but available. Newport is about 10 miles north on 101 and has all the stores you would need and restaurants.

Issues
While this park is in an ideal site there several issues. We paid a premium for an ocean view site, (nearly $50) unfortunately shrubbery blocks any view of the ocean when sitting outside. The parking pads are crowned and not even close to level. And my last issue; the water supply is about 8” above grade making it difficult to connect. Oh yes don’t even think the WIFI adequate nor is cell coverage good due to the physical location.

Really liked this park. They were very friendly. I had trouble with the cable reception and told the front desk. Within 5 minutes the repair person replaced the connector and it was fixed. The space was very private with a beautiful view. The walk to the beach was easy too.

Beautiful!
As I write this review, I'm listening to the ocean while enjoying my morning coffee. There is traffic noise during the day, but almost none in the evening or morning. The park is well maintained, with a good variety of spaces, and nice facilities. Very pet friendly, and the hosts/owners are helpful. The beach is a short walk from the park, but might be difficult to access for anyone with mobility challenges, since getting there is via steepish trails/stairs. We'd stay more than the two days we're here, but the park is busy during the on season, so reservations are recommended.

Best Views On The West Coast
Full hookups with a million dollar view. Walk to the beach and explore the tide pools at low tide, dog friendly, eateries nearby, sunsets. Who could ask for more?

Coast Camping
Our spot is #44 it was able to accommodate a 24 ft travel trailer and 2 full size tent. We had 6 people camping together and we had 2 vehicles park right on our spot. We were so happy the spot we got was big enough to accommodate 6 people. But the 101 freeway was inches away so the ones in the tent had to suffer with road noises.

Our site had a beautiful view off the deck. Also, quick access to the beach.
