Loved This Spot
Firstly - we had NO expectations/had heard it was middle of no where (true!). We were coming through last year on our way home from visiting the Stein mountains. When we got there, our spot was EXTREMELY CLEAN. The couple who runs this place take immense pride in how well they keep up the entire location. We decided to go to the little restaurant for dinner. We brought our cribbage game and had cocktails before dinner (generous pours). Our dinner ( we ordered sandwiches - Reuben and hamburger) was out of this world. The food was OVER THE TOP amazing! We will be back to support these awesome people. The only request I would have is to get Starlink for internet. I work from home and bring it with me, so it was nearly impossible to get online. Starlink would be a fantastic way to get high speed internet. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. We will be there this summer again - it is a little out of the way of where we are going, but want to patronize as they are great people!

Loved this place. Easy in and out. Wifi works great. The staff and girls in restaurant were great! Lot of off road riding around. Definitely recommend this place.

Wonderfully Quiet
If you're looking for a long term stay I would highly recommend this place. It's got everything I needed. Restaurant, bar, diesel and propane as well as a mini mart for snacks. I also talked with a few bird watchers and ATV's that were there for just a week. We all loved the get away. Highly recommend!

This is our 2nd time at this park. Wide open sites, nice staff, all the amenities needed, great little restaurant, good food, oh so quiet in the middle of the high desert. Many places to see, lava fields, bird watching and other outdoor activities. This is not a resort, but a great place to get away from hustle and bustle of the city. We will be back.
