Great Place

Wonderful place to stay. Pancake feed, music on Saturday night, propane fire pits to hang out with fellow guests. Newspaper on doorstep. And very friendly staff. Was a delightful stay

Pros And Cons

Pros: Full hook ups, short walk to beach access. Cons: small, tight spaces – barely any room for awning/slidout, not really close to restaurants/grocery, $67/nt for family of five—kids 6,4,3. Kids over 4 are extra.

Lovely All Around!

Let’s start with the really great ladies we encountered at check in! They were warm and gracious! Next our site was fantastic! Paved, level with a nice view of the ocean! We woke up the 1st morning and there was a newspaper sitting on our step! The folks working around the park all stopped to greet you and wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable. The bathrooms, laundry rooms and spa are spotless! The little store nicely stocked! They’ve got a really nice clubhouse to play games or watch movies. We had such a great experience here!

Nicest Place On North Coast!

Immaculate grounds, spotless, beautiful bathrooms, indoor hot tub, and incredibly friendly staff. All the guests and their beautiful coaches were super friendly and nice. We had a fantastic time and are already planning another trip in a few weeks!

Self Employeed

One of the most prestine sites I've used. Very clean and every thing is well kept. Staff continuously walking grounds maintaining site. Ocean access a short walk across hwy 101 (underground tunnel). Had room for slide and parking tow.

Too Bad.

When you say you need a 50amp site..this is not a choice, Premier. We got 30. Can we have room to open our slides,please? We are leaving early. We will not return to their properties.
