Beautiful Trees Campground

The Dogwood campground is covered with tall pines, so our site, DW 082, is shady most of the day. I was surprised to find new large capacity machines in the laundry. Grass is kept mowed. There are a limited number of 50 amp sites. Reservations should be made and paid for online. We will definitely visit again.

Nice huge lake, pretty level lots, quite a few paved pull through sites with full hook up. Nightly rate for full hook up $25, senior discount $2 a night. Bike ride, kayak, boat, trail horse rides, golf course. We stayed 2 nights, not far from I-40, quiet. We will be back on next cross country trip. They also have a beach.
