What we drive: 2018 Grand Design Solitude 41 foot fifth-wheel with a 2020 Ford Dually Lucky Star Casino offered excellent value for a 3-night stay. While it's slightly off the main highway, the free three-night stay with full hookups made it worthwhile. The casino has eight total back-in sites, with site #5 being our home for the three-nights. Pros Free three-night stay with full hookups (50 amp, 30 amp, water, and sewer) Friendly security staff at the casino Good food at the on-site restaurant and a full- bar Large rig-friendly Cons Site #5 had electrical issues causing surge protector faults Had to use neighboring site #4's electrical box due to problems at our site Key Points Check-in process was simple, requiring only name, address, phone number, and duration of stay Strong winds were present during our visit, but didn't cause issues for our large rig A windmill near the casino suggests high winds are common in the area
