What's Not To Like?
Stayed here one night checking out a newly purchased fiver from Akron Camping World (and that's another story). Easy check in near the automatic gate. Given a pull thru site that was huge, level and well maintained. In fact, the whole park shows pride of ownership. The less than positive reviews should be ignored as this campground is a great place to overnight. Can't believe gravel roads and potty locales are reasons for downgraded comments. My only knock is the wifi isn't free. 4 bucks a day. But with cellphone mobile hotspots, no big deal. That said, you won't be disappointed with this park?

We got here and decided to buy internet. I couldn’t sign on and Tammy is sooooo sweet, she helped me by contacting Tengo and signed on. Thanks Tammy for all of your help and hospitality!! Campsites nice, reasonable and we enjoyed the goats and chickens!!

The vast majority of sites are used by permanent residents. It is not very attractive. The gravel roads and the gravel sites are very narrow. If you have a medium sized trailer you will need to make a wide swing way onto the dirt and grass to keep from hitting bushes, etc. on your turns. On the bright side, it is 40 minutes to Pro Football Hall in Canton and just under an hour to Rock and Roll H of F in Cleveland.

This campground is easy to access from I76 but not so close u hear highway noise. It is about 50 min from Rock Hall of Fame & 25 min from Pro Football Hall. Many of campsites are permanent/long term campers. There were few children so very quiet. Most of short stay people r in 8 pull through sites which r the typical gravel drive & strip of grass (no trees although overall the campground is very wooded).
We have a 16 ft trailer with a TINY bathroom that we choose not to use. So we always seek a site near a bathroom/shower. The drive through sites r a couple min walk (although there r porta poddies by this section). While bath/shower were clean, they were not together!! The toilets & one sink were in office bldg but showers were 40 yds away in rec bldg. The showers were in separate rooms that were only as wide as a regular shower stall with about 5’ to door with no sink or even mirror. I am not used to shaving/brushing teeth while showering & wondered who has pee’d there
