Way Overpriced For What You Get
I’ve never been to a KOA and have heard great things. This was a disappointing experience. Gravel everything. Amenities are all run down. Portable bathroom was not well maintained but the main bathrooms / showers were much better. Jump pillow was not up the whole weekend and things like golf and playground were mediocre at best. Brought first time campers and felt disappointed about their initial experience. Also the sites were super small, with limited grass and not very level. If you have any trouble walking around the uneven ground would have been a challenge here. Over $200 for a weekend at a campsite, for a family of 4 - I expected more!

Not A Good Place For A Quiet Weekend
We stayed here Thursday-Sunday. The first two nights went fine. But on Saturday we had some neighbors that were outside watching tv (way too loud) till almost midnight. The quiet hours are “supposed” to be 11pm-8am but are obviously not enforced. We made several attempts to contact management and only got a answering machine. So we left a message and never received a call back. It’s also very overpriced for gravel and dirt spots. We will not be back to this campground, and do not recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet weekend.

Weekend To See Our Children And Grandchi
So first, they give you one free wifi password. If you want to use more than 1 item, you must pay $10 for each password you need after the 1 free one! We have a laptop, iPad and 2 smartphones. Never been charged at any other campground! Now for the 2nd ridiculous thing they CHARGE for! Any of our family members who want to drop by and visit, we must pay $6 each person for any day they want to come by! Not good for whole visit, charged any day they come by. The cable at our site does not work and they checked it and said it was okay. We gave up and switched to antenna. We get NBC very clear, but no other major networks. We know our rv is fine, as we have been on the road since April, logging over 5,000 miles, and first time there has been a problem! This park if very expensive for a dirt and gravel site, that is almost level. It rained all day yesterday, and it's very wet here still. Lots of standing water while raining. More gravel is needed, along with some grading work.

Campground is well maintained and restrooms were always clean. They have a pavilion where you can watch your Buckeyes play on Saturday and had several activities and games for kids. Campground is mostly shadded except for premium sites. The staff is very nice and helpful. You buy wood at campground and they deliver to your site ($7.00 a bundle). In addition, it is located very close to a dairy bar abd pizza resturant. However, beware that sites 163 thru 187 are what is considered buddy sites. This means you are facing each other and will basically be sharing a site with another camper. Wasn't bad but a little awkward. Although our camping buddies were very nice people, if we would have realized beforehand that our site was a buddy site we would have changed to a different site. Overall I would have rated this campground 5 but due to the buddy site I rate it a 4 for this individual trip. IMO staff should do a better job of informing those who call to rent these sites.

Don't Overlook This Campground
Nice shaded sites with well packed gravel. Interior roads gravel and easy to maneuver. Lots for children to do. The furry kids love the dog park. Make sure you try the breakfast on Saturday and Sunday. Management is very responsive to concerns. Overall a super experience. We were here almost a month and enjoyed every minute.
