Great Campground.

We visited this campground in July and loved it. Not much shade o. The upper level but sites are huge and our awning did the job. No bathhouse or showers available but it tells you you need to be self contained in the listing. We had good wi-fi and cell service. Free firewood is nice. It’s scrap lumber it broke my heart to burn a couple larger pieces the grain was so pretty. Great place, clean, staff were friendly and helpful and the price is hard to beat too. Thanks Scenic Hills we will be back.

Lovely RV Park

We have been to this park twice now and loved it both times. Very clean, friendly and quiet. Perfect for couples who want a quiet get away. We will definitely be back, probably in the fall.

Very clean and quiet. Owners are friendly. I called and needed 2 sites preferably side by side. They didn’t have any side by side when I booked but we booked anyhow. We showed up and they were able to move things around and get us side by side. Very generous of them to do so. We will be back in the future for sure. Highly recommend if your unit is self contained and don’t mind finding your own things to do considering there isn’t much to do at the campground and there is no shower house or bathroom.

Great Place

This campground is well kept and Quiet. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a real nice park for adults as there is not much to for kids to do. We called Friday morning of Memorial Day weekend, and they had a spot available. Cash, no credit cards. The park supplies free wood for your daily fire. But some people don't take others into consideration, they just fill their trucks up. This place is very nice, clean and quiet. I would recommend it.

Love This Place

Stayed here for the 2nd time. We love how quiet it is. Nice level sites, good water pressure. Wi-fi was strong enough to run Netflix. Love the fact that they provide free fire wood. Will definitely keep coming back.

Very nice and quiet. Laundry next door. Nothing to really draw kids, so it’s very quiet.

Best Campground Ever

This is the best one in the area. The longer you stay the cheaper it is. Otherwise it’s a Good Sam Park. Free firewood. Immaculate grounds. Staff and owners are extremely friendly, helpful, and courteous. Cash or check only. Easy in and easy out. Except for the intersection leaving and turning in. A light needs to be there. Suggestion: come in on a Sunday, leave in a Sunday. Nothing is open and it’s an easy departure

The only reason why this park doesn’t have a five star rating is due to the lack of bathrooms/shower house. We love coming here, usually our first choice when we’re in the area.

Quiet Campground, Great Location

As some have commented, there are no recreational activities at this campground, but with the large sites, nice landscaping, quiet evenings, free firewood and location near so many things to see and do, there is no need for anything more. The staff is very friendly and helpful recommending places based on what you want to see. The prices are reasonable but bring your checkbook or cash as they don’t take credit cards. We called the campground on our way to the area during a very busy weekend, but they were able to give us a site for the night. It was one of their smallest sites, but still nice. We moved to a larger site for the rest of our stay and can’t say enough great things about it. Just a wonderful time in the area. Would highly recommend this campground!

Been camping here many years. Free firewood...cut off from a wood working factory.....nothing stained or painted usually, but often small. Bring a bucket or something to bring it to your campsite. No showers or restrooms, but a small clean laundry. Agree with someone else...no recreation but wholesome atmosphere.....you can talk around the fire or play games or walk around the cg. No cable but several stations might come in via antenna. There are lots of places to visit in the area, and relax in the evening. (They roll up the sidewalks about 5:00, but a few are open later and gooood restaurants around). The cg staff will let you know what local events are going on so you can often find an auction, or a benefit supper or other interesting, family-oriented, happenings.

Loved This RV Park

Easy and friendly check in. Cash only!!! Close to all this area has to offer. Spacious sites with fire rings and Free Firewood. Nice clean laundry on the property. First time in this area. Ate at Mrs. Yoders and toured the Yoder Amish Farm. This tour is wonderful. Great park.

We were here to see the amish. Very clean and quiet place to stay. They even supply the firewood and no charge.

Pleasant Site

Stayed here many times while visiting Ohio Amish country. No pool, pond, and not child oriented. Little to do at the campground itself but a great base camp for the area.
