Hailstone Creek Rest Stop Experience

Rest stop was really pretty, so many trash cans for garbage, however, no one can seem to walk towards one. There was trash all over the ground along with dog poop. It was upsetting to see. Other then that, there is a decent amount of shaded picnic spots and TRASH CANS at every spot. There is a specific pet area away from the picnic tables.
