We stayed 2 nights last summer and it was not good. Sites are very small and not even close to level. Also since it’s park of a city park there is no security and no one to call except the police if u have an issue. We will never go back.

Yeh...so the park is nice, but our site was tiny! And we were surprised to see that SOMEONE STOLE OUR SCHWIN BIKE! We assumed a city park WITH A GATE would be safe to leave bikes unlocked outside, but NO!

Large Park
Very large park. Lots of play grounds for the kids and picnic tables. Or go fishing in the river. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Now the bad news. Who ever designed the RV parking area knows nothing about rv' s. All the sights are on a hill. Not level! Be sure to chock all wheels before disconnecting. The water hook up was on the far right side. My 20 hose was just long enough to reach the spickit. The electric connection was on the far left of the trailer. I had to use an extension to reach the outlet. The dump station is at the entrance of the camp ground. All the roads are one way. You have to drive all around the park to the entrance to get to the dump station. The driveway slopes away from the the outlet. You cannot completely dump your waste water. I was not a very happy camper.

Fargo city Park
Stayed here last night. Hard to find due to road construction. Is on Roger Maris. Got a Riverfront site for $29. Power went out twice during the evening. Very pretty park. But bathrooms and showers are for park, not just campers. Found them to be very dirty

Linden wood Park Campground
Nice park along the Red River. There is some highway noise but the park itself is beautiful. Close to everything in Fargo. If you can get by with 30 amp, go to loop B towards the end. Bathrooms are average and would be nice if they were locked with an accessible code for paid campers.
