Great Place

We went here in March-April 2021. Small little campground that is clean and spacious. The owners are Super Friendly and helpful. Clean restrooms and shower, large covered deck at the activity area plus play ground and Saturday night bon fire. The sisters at "Grapeful Sisters Winery are a Hoot. You get wine tasting with historical stories at their quaint store and outside seating by the lake. The location is great to go to the beach as well, about 30-40 minutes to southern NC Beaches. We did day trips to Holden, South Port, Sunset, Bird Island,(Kindred Spirit mailbox), Ocean Isle, Oak Island and the Oak Island Light House. Try out Fibber McGees pub and restaurant, very good at Sun Set beach. There is a Awesome Dog Park too. A great get-a-way. We plan on going back this year.
