Bad Experience minus one star
Had a very bad experience . Management should take a customer service course. I was leaving the parked and was blocked by a truck delivering ice. 6 other people were in line to leave and were blocked. The truck drivers said I would have to wait. The manager came out after a while . I suggested she monitor the parking of delivery truck so not to block the only entrance and exit to the park. She said I needed to by more patient. Her attitude was poor. That got under my skin and I told her I would not be back to that KOA again. She responded with “ good “. Camp sites are not level and require blocking to keep front tires from being up in the air when on level jacks. I have a 34’ class A motor home . The sewer connection needed 30’ of drain hose to reach.

Disappointed
Ok for stop over. Stayed for 6 nights to visit kids/grands. Park is not well kept. Grass needs mowing. There’s a couple of very old trailers with junk all around. Sites are gravel. Right on interstate and noise is loud and annoying.

We came in with no reservation and were greeted very respectfully. We were having major TV satellite problems and Mike took a lot of time trying to get it fixed but to no avail, not because he couldn't fix it but because "duck tape" could not fix it. Ha Ha. He did get the TV fixed up to cable and even came back to make sure it was working ok. We will stay there again if we are ever in the area.

Good For Overnight
One night stop. We were a late check in and there was a nice gentleman waiting at the check-in shack for us at 9:15pm. Little tough to level side to side but fine for one night. Some highway noise but nothing one can’t drown out with either a fan, furnace, or sound machine. My only issue was additional charge for each of our 3 kids.....seems the site fee is for only 2adults. Multiple dog exercise area. Would stay again.

Decent..
Decent campground for one night. Rather overpriced for the amount of things to do. Site was level. Kids playground needs updating badly. Some of the equipment is rusty.

Adequate
For one night, fine. Gravel sites, ours not level. Could hear freeway noise even with windows closed. Staff pleasant and helpful. Offered cable; the cable box had a wasp nest in it and the signal had too much noise to watch, so we relied on over-the-top signals (which were clear). Water pressure was a bit low, but adequate. Easy to find, we'll signed off of I-77.

Convenient On/Off For I77
Pleasant people and very helpful. The sites are gravel, close together and some are uneven but for one night, it is fine. We had a pull through so we didn’t have to unhook the car. It is right off the exit, cross over the road then then take a right turn then a quick left turn at the T in the road at the chain linked fence. DO NOT TAKE A RIGHT AT THE CHAIN LINKED FENCE. We almost did with a 40 foot MH and tow car!! Yikes. We didn’t hear the highway with windows open. Quiet. We would stay here again but just for the night.

Oops
The review above is for a different KOA off I77. We found this one suitable for overnights and easy to reach from the highway. Entrance is off the northbound on ramp so be careful. The previous review is for the KOA in Jacksonville North. My bad.

Easy On/Off
Easy in and out- full hookups. A little bit of traffic noise, not enough to keep us from sleeping. Great for an overnight stop! Would stop here again!

Great Place.
Only stayed one nite, but liked. Easiest on and off ever. And didn't hear any road noise.Seemed to have everything you would need. Great dog park .

Simple & Clean
Although there aren't a ton of amenities, it was clean and provided what it was supposed to! No firepits allowed...bummer!
