Wonderful Place!

My family and I just spent a week here, and it was wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful and the facilities are amazing! There is so much to do here. We were there to explore the surrounding area, but had plenty to do and lots of fun just being at the campground. We have been camping for a few years, and the whole family agreed this was the nicest place we had been!

My husband and I came here on our Virgin Voyage of our new RV. It is absolutely beautiful, photos do not do it justice. We were camped between two long term RVers who were kind to help us. There are a lot of long term people here for the summer, we felt fortunate to get in. Hope to be back!

A Gem Tucked Away In A Cool Town

Ahhh so wonderfully surprised by our time with the kids in Orchard Lake!! My family and I have been road tripping the US for the past 9 months [17 states so far] and have stayed a lot of places... this one was one of the most naturally beautiful with tons going on! We were making our way to Asheville and randomly decided to stop over here for a night to break up the drive. The kids [and I] had so much fun upon our arrival we extended the stay. There’s a beautiful lake for swimming & fishing with slides and swim docks. They have kayaks and boats you can paddle out in, zip line, frisbee golf course tucked away in the woods, shuffleboard, little skate ramps n rails for skateboarding [everything free of charge]. There were tons of kids and the vibe here is so good. We could just let the kids run n play without worry. A really wonderful family campground. If you are looking for a place the fam will love do yourself a favor and stay a day or week. You’ll be back! As will we :)

Nice campground great fishing ponds nice piece of property. Staff seems friendly enough

Nice camp, beautiful location. Very interesting drive. Go to their website and follow their directions. DO NOT trust google. I disconnected my toad in town at the truck plaza to allow for mistakes and just because of the tight tirns I'm glad I did. Campground is well kept and some seasonal campers up by the lake.
