Worst place I every stayed, stay away they don’t mow the grass, lowest water pressure 15 lbs , dirt on all pads, no one working on anything. You would be better staying at a. Cracker Barrel, hard to get into and lots of road noise. Stay away they claimed water flooding did the dirt on the pads but no one ever working. 1 star wouldn’t even rate it that but the only way to get a review

Pricey for what they offer
It is not easy to get in. You have to get in the office parking lot if free in order to turn in. Otherwise I don’t see how to take that very tight turn with a camper. Water pressure is very low at 23. Need to fill up your tanks and use that way. No wifi no cable. Noise level is high due to close proximity to high traffic roads. Trail running through the campground making it unsafe. Given the above I consider this place very pricey for what they offer.

CRIME ALERT!
Pros: Close to town, kayaking on river. Cons: Lots of petty crime. Do not leave anything outside. Our lounge chair was stolen overnight. Absolutely no security. Anyone and everyone can pass right thru on the public riverfront bike/jogging path. Lots traffic noise. No attempt from "host" to check on things or make sure you get in ok. Will never go back

Nice Stay
Little tricky getting in to park but level concrete pads, nice walking/biking trail through park, good location to Biltmore and surrounding area

Difficult to get into the lot. Nice that it sits right along the French Broad River, but not nice enough to make up for the gross bath house. The city river walk runs right through the place so there are constantly people running/biking/skateboarding through the park at all hours day/night. It is conveniently and centrally located if you are day tripping to places outside the city for hiking etc which is why I chose it. Pricey for what you get.

Pros&cons
Called to see if had open, picked up on 2 ring . Host was nice. This is a quick stop place. Bathroom are closed October to May. Trash you leave out they pick up. Is more of a summer fun stop on riverside. The park entrance is not easy get in to. You have to drive pass then make a u turn come back. Camping residence are friendly.

OK, Little Odd.
Confusing signs for check in. Community jogging path runs through middle of the campers. Nothing here other than hookups. Bit pricy for a parking space. Next to interstate, so rather noisy. Location Ok for going to see sights. Lots of long term residents. Don't bother trying to call for a reservation.

Stayed In July
Website should mention the tight U turn. Never got a WiFi code, never got a cable box. Barely able to use my cell phone . No one seemed to know what was going on. In between 2 freeways, so a bit noisy. Very muddy. Would only stay if nothing else was available. SORRY.

Nice campsite along the river. The Asheville Outdoor Center is right next door for kayaking and paddle board trips by the Biltmore.

Great Option For Kayaking
Stayed here last year for 2 nights. Nothing spectacular but it’s amazing to head up river and just kayak down to campsite.

Retired
Arrived at 6:00 no one to check us in just a note to pick your site. So we didn't get wifi password or cable box. Tried to use bath house and its closed till April. This fact was not mentioned on their site. Camp host was very rude when we checked out.

Loved It Even With Interstate
Right on river. The turn to enter is a tight one. Kids enjoyed riding bike on the greenway. The noise from interstate was a bit much but so close to Biltmore and Blue Mountain Parkway. We'd go back.

Mom On A Vacation With The Kiddo's
Well, we came here to see the Biltmore Estate. There is nothing for the kids to do here in the RV park. Appears to have a few long term residents. Clean and seems to be a quiet little place. Overall I wish I would have chosen one with a pool and facilities for the kids. Wouldn't consider this place again specifically for that reason.
