The place is old and tired with junk accenting the mostly pretty woods. The electric service is an outlet on a fence post, no breaker or breaker box. The water system seems to be some kind of black plastic pipe. Ours was held together with multiple hose clamps that leaked continuously into a gravel bed. The sewer was just a 4" pipe sticking up out of the ground with no cap or flange.
The view out of our side window was of an abandoned single wide mobile home. It sported a collapsing deck littered with broken toys, and a broken porch swing.
In front of our site was the pool decorated with a broken down rusting tractor and a similarly configured wheelbarrow.
Weeds grew through an all but abandoned playground and a rotted, rusting flatbed trailer parked next to the playground actually had a tree growing through it.
A deteriorated pavilion (pole barn) sat one site away from us.
Management was approximately appropriate for desk clerking a motel with hourly rates.
Not cheap either.
