2 Days
Paid for 3 days and stayed for 2. There was no water hookup as I was lead to believe. Could only run a generator for 5 hours. 9am - 11am and 4pm - 7pm. Showers were kind of dirty and very cramped. Bathrooms were just ok. Lots were level but just sandy mud. Rain would make them horrible. Will never go back to the Adirondacks. Very little public park. All the good areas are privately owned. Don't even know why they call it a park. 6.1 million acres and I'd say half is private.

8th Lake Campground
2 loops at this campground, 1 on the 7th lake side and the other at the 8th lake side. Campsites also between the loops. Large to jumbo size sites that are flat and in the woods. Some sites in the loops aren't so flat and require imagination. There is a beautiful beach, launch sites for boats and kayaks, central shower house. The only downside like many ADK DEC campgrounds, not all water faucets have screw ons. You need to build a slip on adapter of your choosing to fill water systems. Great campground.
