Free, Quiet, 24/7 Clean Restroom

What a pleasant surprise! Stopped for dog walking. Didn't stay overnight but information inside said that you could. This is a new facility! Area is safe and quiet. Inside is a wonderful "Taste NY" snack bar that is open 8-6. We had a turkey club panini that was great. Bagel sandwiches on the menu sounded good for mornimg! Snack bar stays open until New years day. (Not sure when it opens in spring) For overnight stay check in w the snack bar person before 6, or in the morning. Information said there was outdoor water spigot but we couldn't find it. No electric. Little dog park but lots of grassy areas to walk all around. Playground for kids. EV charging stations (2). Inside seemed like may b WiFi as there were folks inside doing computer work at tables. Don't pass this up if u r passing thru and need quick overnight! 1000 islands region is awesome!

Beautiful rest area

We just stopped for a break, but the place is completely renovated with clean bathrooms, playground and picnic area. We will definitely return there for our future trips.

Good Stopover, Quiet & Safe

Our usual stop when going South via i81. No services, but much quieter than Walmart or rest areas. A lot of deer in the area and often in the parking lot. Restrooms opened during summer season.
