Don’t Bother

We stayed there 2 nights and couldn’t wait to leave! The place is a DUMP! Mostly full time residents there with junk and clutter everywhere! The sites are not level. The WiFi is nonexistent. There is no cable tv hookups. Very tight spots. Lousy parking. I felt like they were gouging us since it was Balloon Fiesta week. They charge $75 per night! It’s worth maybe $30 per night. It doesn’t deserve 1 star!

Great place to stay. Spent 8 months at leisure mountain last year. Great staff. Quiet. Plan on staying there this winter

Ok for a day or two but wouldn't want to spend anymore time there. Tight, gravel spots.

Windy Hill, Good Price

Not a bad place for the price (PA), sites are very close together, thought we might be touching the neighbors slides so we pulled forward a little more in our spot. This RV park is half mobile home residents, half RV park. About 15min to ABQ, but be careful, this is a very windy ridge. Backs up to a national Forest though, so a nice little hike right off the back side of the park.

Ok For Overnight

Mostly long-term residents. Limited office hours. A few spots designated for transients. Easy access with pull through sites. Late check-in worked fine. Suitable for short term. Quiet.

Nice park for the price. $19.50 if you are passport America member. No cable tv unless long term, but getting good local channels and clear picture. Cable in the community room. Clean bathrooms. Outside of town so a little far but away from the hustle bustle.
