Loved This Place
The owner is very well prepared for your arrival with great information including where to park free. He keeps the resort up. Sites are pretty level and very spacious. The views are amazing. Will return whenever in the area.

Fantastic RV Park
The owners are super friendly, the views are gorgeous, and the park is clean and in great working order. If you’re looking for a place to relax , this is the one for you! We’d definitely come back!

Left a message for someone to call me back re making a reservation. No one did. So I called again and was told that they (he) calls people back only when he has time as he is by himself to run the place. OK! Then he proceeded to ask me fir my name and date of arrival. I have a long last name and he sounded uptight that he had to type a long name in. When I told him our date of arrival, a Sunday, he said that was a problem because the office was closed as he was the only one working and that was his day off. Wow! Go somewhere else!

Monte Bello Magic
We stayed here 2 nights oct 2020. What a great place. Very Covid aware & much appreciated! Our host was amazing... giving us great advice for sights, parking in town & restaurant. Nothing he said disappointed! The camp was quaint, quiet & perfect. All sights level & very well spaced. Such a wonderful find. Close to town & Rio grand bridge & hiking. Would stay here again & again!!

We found this place because of the reviews. We can run the back way with small streets. Well worth the trip! There was a sign that said it was full but the owner met us outside and found a space for us. Such nice people. It sure is open country! Thank you for your hospitality! Highly recommend.

Clean
Park is very clean. Not much in plant/tree department, but very peaceful and the views are amazing as it sits on a small rise off the highway. All facilities are closed due to the virus. Spaces are large and all gravel. Taos is about 10 minutes from park. Will be sure to stay here next time we are in Taos!

Clean and Nice
Very reasonably priced ($28 for electric but no water), gated, and clean. The owners are super friendly and helpful - and the bathrooms are great!

Wonderful Staff and Location
The owners are incredible. They treat their guests like family and closely watch your rig while you are gone. The spaces are level and easy to maneuver. Views of the mountains are gorgeous from your rig and it’s located between the gorge, mountain access and Taos city.

Stay Here When In Taos
Nice gravel sites, gated entry, very friendly n helpful staff n nice dog walk available. Bobby the park host n John at the store were great. Remember you are in the desert, so not much to see, but great little path was perfect for dog walks. The stars look fantastic at night too. The great little burger/beer joint - with entertainment - is 2-3 miles west of park. This will be our Taos stop on future adventures

Very clean and tidy. Hosts knowlegeable about the area and willing to share names of favorite eateries. Access controlled by electronic gate. Felt secure and welcome. Temperature dropped to 16F but we were instructed how to make sure the water pipe didn't freeze. A good place for us, we would stay there again.

Beautiful View
The park itself is a little bare, but you're in the desert, so that's to be expected. Absolutely gorgeous views, try in stay in sites 14-19 for an unobstructed view of the ski valley area. The better of the two options for parks in Taos, would stay again.

We stayed 1 night on our way to Creede. This is a great stopping point. We have a 40ft diesel pusher with a tow dolly. Interior roads are easy to get around and had a very spacious site. Our site faced the beautiful mountains and open grass area. And let me just say THE STARS THE STARS!!! Just step out of your rig at night and look up!! We had beautiful sunset/sunrise as well. The front office is very nice too. This is clise to Toas but out of the busy downtown area. Also, very close to the gorge. I recommend this place.
