Just Meeting The Bare Minimum
It’s hard to describe this park. It is a very urban place. We stayed there one night only. It is conveniently located near the city. It appears a bit run down, and seems to only have basic ammenities. And yes, they do bill your credit card for electricity even if you only stayed there one night. I got charged $1.12, and frankly, they must spend more money then they collect to manage this billing thing. I wouldn’t stay in this park again, but it’s an OK place.

Decent stopover. Fairly level gravel parking lot. A bit overpriced. Short drive to downtown Santa Fe. No pool.

Wayyyyy Overpriced
We picked this place because it was the only one with laundry. It was $51 per night. Then charges showed up for electricity a few days later. They had 1 set washer/dryer in the men's bathroom. The heating element was out on the dryer but I didn't know and paid $3.50 for 2 cycles before I realized this. There were 2 sets in the women's bathroom. Washer #2 took my money ($1.50), then filled with water and then stopped so I paid again for the cycle to run and spin my clothes! The hot water didn't work the 2nd night in the women's bathroom. The park was not in a good part of town. No signs for the park either. Stay elsewhere. I'm not sure why they charge so much for a rundown place with crappy appliances.

I stayed here for about two weeks in April/May 2019 in my 35" coach and toad. The park is much like a parking lot on dirt/gravel grounds. Expensive for what you get. No pool. There is a small laundry in the restrooms, with a single shower. I did not use there facilities. They have staff who pick up the trash at each site daily. Met some very nice people while camped there! The people in the office were friendly. There have some trees along the perimeter camp sites for some shade. Both pull thru and back in spaces.

Good Location, Clean Campground
Right off main road going into the downtown area. Close to lots of retail including Walmart and Sams. Easy access to the bike/walking path (behind the campground). We had a pull through which gave us plenty of room. One thing we really appreciated is that each site has a waste/garbage container that is picked up daily. There is a dog walking area (they sell poop bags in the office).

Good Location
Not fancy but improving. There is no pool and there are a number of long term residents. This is our second stay both in February (2018-19). The restrooms/showers are greatly improved from first stay, clean. The internet is awful. I shut wifi off and used cellular data on my phone to surf the net. Really like the location. Right behind the park you can connect with the arroyo Delos chamisos trail which is a paved walking/biking trail that goes for several miles and connects to many other trails. There is a disc golf course a few hundred yards up the path that weaves along the arroyo. It is a short drive to anywhere in the city. Rates are a little high for facilities but considering the location probably ok. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Ok Location, but Not My favorite RV Park
The thing with this place is it doesn't have to be that great because it's the closest to downtown Santa Fe. Staff was nice enough and they accommodated us for an extra night and considering it was balloon Fiesta week we were lucky. It seems they have quite a bit of local long-term folks that live at the Park. The folks next to us were having some kind of domestic issue and would scream at each other every night and had like 3 cars parked around their RV. I think they live there. There was only one laundry machine that works in the ladies room. And the staff had no quarters on hand nor any change machines. Park is in a highly commercialized area and tons of traffic. No cable at our site, Internet did not work and no breaker switches on the electrical box. Probably won't stay there again.

Good Location
Friendly staff at check in. Reservation number is not as listed. Call 505.473.1949. Agree they need better signage to find the place. Off-road bike trail near by.

Hard To Find, 50 Amp On Wrong Side
Very hard to find. Look for The Lofts and turn in there. Stay left. Very friendly office staff and nice grounds. What killed it for me was that there were no breaker switches on the electric boxes, and 50 amp connection was separate and on the wrong side of my 40’ fiver from the 30 amp connections. My 36’ cable barely made it! Challenging to get back to the interstate because you have to turn right out of the park. No option for a left turn back to the freeway.

Tricky Enterance
The rv park is adequate we got our 40 foot fifth wheel in without any trouble. The hook ups all worked fine. Finding the entrance was a bit of a challenge. It is hard to see from the road while driving. Turn in to the lot where the Loft sign is, then keep left.

Quaint
We stayed for one night. The staff was helpful in booking our site via phone. Shower house needs a bit work (standing water issues in men’s shower and women’s restrooms need stall lock repairs or adjustment so they work). The site was gravel ok level. Easy to find near many local establishments. Street Noise was not an issue given the close proximity to the road.

Great Little Canpground
Nicely located close to town, we were lucky to get a site over Memorial Day weekend. We fit in one of the center sites nicely with our 45’ motorhome.

Ok, But ...
The wifi sucks, it’s so bad that they shouldn’t advertise they have it, like the pool, which no longer exists. Gravel pads, sort of level, ok hookups and washrooms are ok. In a pinch, it’s ok. Doubt if we will be back.

The pool is permanently closed! There are trees, rocks, black top and heat. The host was helpful and friendly. The laundry is divided between the men's and women's restrooms. The women's has two washers and one dryer. The facility is well maintained.

Good for a couple of nights. Wide road in park but spaces are close together. Sites are all gravel, fairly level. Located behind a small strip mall but all stores closed. Park is clean and quiet. Easy access to town. Would stay again

We like this place , been here three times. Can check in at any hour you arrive. Good RR. Large spaces with a tree on most. Close to the city. 37$ for 30 amp back in space with sewer and water

Excellent site right near downtown. Kathy is very knowledgeable and has info on places to stay in Taos. Bathroom facilities are clean. Highly recommended. Discount for AAA members.

Good Location, But That's About It
Close to shopping and the bus route takes you right to the plaza for $1. Pretty quiet, low amount of city noise. Wifi only worked about 40% of the time. Not a good spot for Verizon either. Park is a little ragged, no grass, just weeds and dirt. Spaces are gravel with a small concrete patio and picnic table. Mostly level but the whole park is downhill so you will need to level some. Didn't have any problems with the hookups but they are at the back/end of the sites. Chris's Cafe in front of the park is a great spot for breakfast.
