This place was perfect it was small but felt like home! There is a check in house with showers and washer dryer for 1.50 each. Showers were clean with a personal touch. You can buy ice cream. There is a small book exchange too. We have 2 large dogs and to the right of the park there are dirt roads you can walk them on which are only used by the farmers so really quiet and nice walk. Not many channels but my internet worked great. Right near every thing short drive. Really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Would stay here again!

Small But Spot On
We had a 24 foot trailer which fit just fine in this small but clean and peaceful spot. Friendly management and a quiet night. We were so pleased.

Almost passed it by as it doesn’t look like much from the street but ratings had us stop anyway. Lee is as personable as she is helpful. Only about 20 sites but adequate shade and full hookups for $30. Shower and restrooms are dated but clean. Washer and dryer $1.50 each. Nothing for kids but close to town. Great overnighter.

We came to find aliens in Roswell. Instead we discovered a gem to remember. Red Barn RV Park has that “homey” feel, probably due to Ms. Lee’s hands on management, the country decor and well maintained grounds. If you’re out this way, stop in and savor the atmosphere. We did, and loved it, thanks Ms. Lee. The Millers.

Small is Beautiful
Small park but very calm. Everything works as supposed. Lee is very helpful and provided us with info required to appreciate Roswell. Thanks

Great Choice For Roswell
The Red Barn RV Park is a great choice! Lee (owner/manager) is very friendly and helpful. The park is older but very well managed and in great condition. Easy in /easy out is great for all rv'ers. It's in a relaxing country setting but very accessible to downtown. Restrooms/showers were clean and completely functional. Laundry is on site.

A pleasant little RV park. We were there New Years eve. Got down to 9 above 0. Looking forward to returning when it's warmer. Definitely would stay there again. 4 stars.

This is a great little park! Very friendly! As others have said, make sure to call ahead due to being a small park. The pull through spots face the highway with a gate opening to the road. Makes it easy to get on your way.

Pick this one in Roswell
We drove by most of the RV parks in Roswell and this by far is the best. Call ahead to make reservations if possible as they only have 14 spots. All the good stuff that has been said already is true- nice owners, immaculate facilities and grounds, level spots, etc. She could unfortunately only get us a spot for just one night otherwise we would have stayed longer. Would stay here again.

We stayed here in July of 2017. Lee was the most gracious and helpful host we have met. My husband became very ill and wound up in ICU and Lee was right there to help with anything she could do. She watched our dog, accommodated a longer stay than we reserved and was just fabulous. The park is neat and clean and everyone is friendly and helpful. After 10 days in ICU, my husband is fine. Thank you very much.

Adorable little park! We only stayed one night, it was quiet and perfect for what we needed. Flies were bad, but they were bad everywhere we went, so not the parks fault. We would definitely stay here again.

Small But Ok
This is a small, family-owned park on the outskirts of town. The staff and owners are extremely friendly and willing to help any way they can. There is only one bathroom for men and one for women. New laundry equipment. Older park but well cared for. The lots were FHU, level and gravel. There was a doggie walk for pets. Quiet and surrounded by fields. There are a couple of long term campers but all seemed friendly. Unfortunately, Roswell is surrounded by dairy and beef farms so flies are a big nusiance..and unavoidable. If you are visiting Roswell this is worth your stay.

Great Little Rv Park
We stayed in Feb 2017. Park is small but quaint. We arrived without a reservation and Lee was able to accomodate us. Laundry facilities are good and if you pay a refundable deposit for a cable box you can get cable. There is a common area that has books, magazines and movies you can borrow (no charge) and ice cream, soda and snacks you can buy. Lee is very helpful and loves to tell you about all the Roswell attractions, including the UFO museum. We would stay here again.

We stayed in here in a 26 ft travel trailer and it was wonderful. The park is small so it isn't noisy. We have two dogs and there is a large field with fence access that was perfect to get them some exercise. We were only there for a night but I would recommend for a bit longer. It is right off a fairly busy highway but you don't hear it at all and they have the property setup for easy departures.
