Nice For Overnight...
Really nice for an overnight. Quiet, clean, easy in, easy out, not unreasonably priced.

Potential
There are RV campgrounds on the way down. Others have potential. Stagecoach Stop has potential. Appreciate the owners desire to deliver a great, safe experience. Facility is a little tired but clean. Great location with Walmart, Albertsons and The UPS Store nearby. Commercial and residential growth could spell opportunity for the Stagecoach Stop. Consider rebranding.

So So
Was expecting better based off pics and reviews, cancelled long term reservations after staying a few nights. Lots of permanent residents in some beat up campers, dog park felt like a dilapidated prison yard, homeless people all around surrounding area- free to walk in and out of park, non stop old diesel pick ups driving thru campground night and day. Not bad for a couple days, but not if you want to enjoy your surroundings days later.

Good Park, Terrible WiFi
We chose this park for two reasons: hot tub and WiFi. The hot tub was tepid at best. The WiFi was pitiful. I only needed to do one thing and never found enough strength to get it done, even at 11:00 pm! We did have a great view of the Bosque with fall colors.

Very nice. While a bit pricy, it was a welcome change after 4 nights camping in a gravel parking lot at the balloon fiesta. Clean everything, good Wi-Fi & friendly staff.

$$$$
Pricey
Overall a nice park, but pretty pricey at $45 a night. Clean showers and level sites.
