Electrical Alert
Knocked out one leg of our power causing everything to shut down. Barely got started for next day journey only to have the issue drain both house and chassis batteries. Next day had to work with Entegra customer service to determine the cause of problems. After getting a jump to start coach, customer service solved the issue. Got started and had no issues after that. Just a heads up on some parks that have electric issues.

Nice Price but Noisy
Agree with what most have said in reviews concerning noise. Our spot had enough space. Can't beat the price for a quick night or two.

Nice But Noisy
The sites are gravel and spaced between pine trees for shade. The price is right. I didn't notice the highway noise so much, but the trains seemed to be particularly active at 4:30am. Normally I enjoy the sound of trains, but it was a little excessive. A good spot for an overnight stay. I would stay here again.

Fine For A Night
Stopped for a night on the way down I-40. Friendly staff, level pull thru spots, parking lot feel. Seems like all monthly renters and one-nighters. Definitely a little noisy but with the a/c on, you don't really hear much. Perfectly fine for a night.

Barely Worth The Price
The park itself is not bad. Seems well kept, most of the guests are long-term residents, and the staff was very friendly. The noise is the problem. The park is sandwiched between I-40 and one of the busiest rail lines in America. If you stay at the front of the park, you've got highway noise. Stay at the back and you're only 100 yards away from the train tracks. We had to have the AC on all night just for enough white noise to sleep.

Good Value
It met all our needs for one night. Nice dirt flat pull through sites, quite & clean. Good water pressure, cable & wifi. The lady in the office was friendly.

Stayed one night. WiFi never worked. Our site had no cable tv. It was so cramped that they had to set out orange cones so vehicles did not hit our steps. But if you like the sound of trains every 15 minutes two blocks away then this is the place for you.

Jewel In The High Desert
Reasonably level, easily accessible spots and friendly staff. Not to mention an absolutely GREAT price for full hook-up. As mentioned, there seem to be a lot of long term, permanent residents but there did not seem to be any typical long term resident ‘junk’ laying around. We stayed going both west and east and were not disappointed in the least either time. Also as mentioned, they are particular about not letting pets on the sparse grassy areas within the park, but a short walk across the street opens up plenty of places for even the most finicky pup!

Nice Over Night
Pulled in about 530 at night had 1 spot left, clean quiet until about 3am when the trains started going by. Still good over night stop.

Nice Clean Stay
We showed up without a reservation and they had room for us. At least 3/4 of it appeared to be long term but very neat and clean. No issues with noise or neighbors. Dog park wasn't much to speak of and they were very particular about dogs being on the few places that had grass, but plenty of open space right outside the property to walk our pup so it was no problem. Friendly staff.

Very nice
Trees at each site, clean, friendly. Bathrooms are excellent..private and handicapped accessible. Some standing water after a heavy rain. And trains go by fairly near, but weren’t bad. Very reasonable!

This RV Park is the nicest in the area in every aspect.($-appearance) Does have several long term monthly renters. However, if your coming in for a nightly or Few day stay it doesn’t appear to be monthly’s renters. All is well kept an neat. Majority pull thru sites. All full hook up. An office personnel all thankful an friendly to have you as a guest. I wasn’t ask to post this, I just have been to so many RV parks, An this one stands out. However don’t compare to this park to the EAST. Lol.
