Friendly & Helpful
Tried to get a last-minute spot here on the way west. The place was full, but they referred me to another place nearby that had spaces available.

Second time we’ve stayed here. First time was because of positive reviews, second time was because all those reviews were pretty accurate. A little ways out from Deming and down a gravel road or two but the people running the park obviously care about it and about the stay their guests have. Carol will meet you at the gate, take you to your site, brief you on the amenities and do the registration right from her golf cart. Nice little lounge on a BYOB basis right now but Carol is working on her license to sell beer and wine. Great little park.

Excellent
We have had a great time here. The people are extremely friendly, even with the Covid precautions. They have activities, a work out room, TV room, and a mail room too. The laundry room is great, only one bathroom but very clean. I can't say enough about the staff! Super nice! We will definitely be back

I Love This Place
Great staff and low noise area. Its outta the way but thats a plus to me. Lots of wildlife in the area and near some great state parks.
Reply from owner/manager: Thank you so much!! I am so happy to know that you were able to enjoy yourself.

Not What We Expected
I called and said I had a small popup with no air and needed a spot with shade. I was told no problem. After I got there was shown a spot in direct sun facing the interstate. The one in the shade they were washing a motor home, it would be an hour before they would be done. I decided not to camp in mud. Sorry not what other said, they could be seasonal people.
Reply from owner/manager: I am sorry you decided to leave. The sites are not dirt they are all gravel and there would not have been any mud in the site you would have been staying in. I apologize that you were not directed straight to the site in the shade. If you ever come back to this area please let me know so that I may be able to give you a discount of some kind. Also I was not aware that you did not have any a/c in your unit that was an oversight on my part to not ask you. Also it may seem like there are a great number of seasonal guests but it is a good mixture.

Fantastic In Every Way
This is a true oasis in the high desert. A large stand of trees and all the amenities for a short or longer stay. The new owner, Carol, goes out of her way to make sure you get there efficiently and helps make everything go smoothly.
Reply from owner/manager: Steve, Thank you for the kind words and I am happy to know that you enjoyed your stay. Safe travels and hope to see you again.

A Wonderful Find Off The Beaten Path
So glad we chose to take the short drive to this park rather than choosing one of the many back to back parks on the busy highway. This quiet oasis in the desert Is a jewel. Many mature pine trees provide shade & homes for an abundance of birds, including owls. Carrol the manager (soon to be owner) was extremely helpful. Gave us perfect directions to the park which avoided the rough roads, met us at the gate, guided us rookies to back into our space. Spacious community room with pool table & a range of exercise equipment. A library/TV lounge/coffee area. Super Clean laundry/bathroom/ shower. The many long term residents speak to the greatness of this park, they stopped for a few days years ago & never left. Received a welcome package with a wealth local info, local TV station, WiFi at ever site, & convenient dumpsters. Don’t miss the Luna Mimbres Museum. Treated to a fabulous taco dinner on New Year’s Eve by cohosts Regina & Chris. Very fun gathering/tour in the main house.
Reply from owner/manager: Thank you so much for the wonderful review. We are happy that you were able to enjoy yourself. Hopefully we will see you again sometime.

A little off the road and completely worth it. Carol gave us great directions (do not follow GPS), Steve & Emily met us, led us to our site, gave us a packet of information, steered us to an amazing place to eat - Adobe Deli - and even texted us a picture of our rig against the mountains as we left. This place is worth going out of your way for!
Reply from owner/manager: Thank you for the wonderful words. I apologize for taking so long to reply. I hope to see you again sometime.

Wonderful Hidden Gem
We called last minute and the hostess was very helpful and kind. She gave us great directions, met us at the gate and lead us to the spot. She provided us with change for laundry which was $1. Beautiful large sites, peaceful and quiet yet close to the highway. Would definitely stay again.
