This place was frightening similar to the HOA that escaped from back in Phoenix. It was replete with all the numerous annoying emails that carefully outlined all the behavior-related rules that we would be expected to comply with. And then came the terms and conditions, the sum of which meant that everything would be decided in the park's favor. And then the phone calls started -- first was some young teenager who wanted to go over the rules with me, then her supervisor who wanted to make sure we were "on the same". Then we arrived and were awarded with the unnecessarily slow trip to our site. Then our walk around the park's perimeter trail where we saw these incredibly beautiful flower gardens. Unfortunately, they gave me a feeling of what I call "choreographed nature". All one needed to do was to look over the park's fence line and see what we came here to see -- "natural nature". Of course our HOA and beloved RV park both had their self-promotion strategies on hand. In the of the R

First Class Place
We just spent a beautiful week here. The resort is amazing. The views are gorgeous, The sites are huge with landscaping. The facilities are complete overkill, as they hardly use them. They do something every day. They have treats, and we enjoyed the wine tasting The staff is the friendliest, and most on top of it staff ever. We loved the free waffles 3 days a week. Just a well thought out RV park with tons of flowers and beautiful landscaping. I don’t understand why they don’t use the huge facilities, including a Kitchen to serve some simple food. They would do well I believe. The local food is scarce and wanting. COVID looks to have taken its toll on the few restaurants. Having said that. We will be back God willing. Loved it!

TJ and Rebecca we're very helpful and friendly. Extremely nice park 4 years old and obviously designed for modern RVers. The young Aspen's will look great in a few years.

She Saved My Vacation!
As a newbie with a brand new hi tech coach my trip was off to a bad start . Among all the “features” this class B had was a failed satellite receiver. Worked fine at home but not on the road. After checking in I noticed the batteries draining. I was checking out to go home but Rebecca, the manager, overheard me and came out to talk with me about how to connect power. We came back to my site, it was my fault, we fixed it. That’s great but that’s nothing compared to what happened then. I told her the trouble I was having with this complex lithium/inverter system that even my dealer didn’t understand. She came in and checked the satellite and we were convinced it failed but the she got my coax working. Again, still not thru, she tore off the seat and began to figure out the inverter/router/tablet/password/failed connection thing!! My dealer Never came close to doing any of this stuff. Rebecca Rapp stayed for over 2 hours and wouldn’t let go of a problem. She saved my vacation.

Spectacular
This review is a pleasure to write! Much as been said of its pristine maintainance, and engaging staff. Sites are wide, long, level and spaced with landscaping beteeen them. Power, wi-fi, cable tv worked flawlessly. An abundance of amenities: pickle ball courts, dog run, putting green, hot tub, fire pit, clubhouse, even daily garbage pickup! Priviledges to nearby country club adds exercise room and pool. Resort is 3 years old, but looks brand new. Showers and bathrooms cleaned and dried several times daily. And the spectacular views that you come for are easily visible across the valley from every uncrowded site. Well worth many visits.

Best Place I've Been
Maybe I'm not used to the finer things in life but awesome place. Pristine site, facilities, on and off site activities...what more can you ask for. Good proximity to exploring Taos and Red River areas. Felt like royalty living among the big boys in my 18 footer. Definitely will return.
