FREE
Such a great place close to town. There are ten campsites nestled in the trees up the canyon. There's a three day limit. Pit toilets are spotless. It's dry camping.

Clean and Easy
This place served my needs well. Road tripping across country I wanted some easy and free places to pitch a tent. There is a bathroom and several campsites that appear to be first come first served. The camps are right off the road and next to the creek. Thanks to the BLM for making a nice place to rest.

Not Worth It
A free campsite, but it’s not worth it. It’s super hot, this place is in the middle of nowhere, and it is covered in bugs. I’ve never seen so many giant, jumping bugs. I’m not sure if it’s just a summer thing, but I think they’re locusts and they covered the roads and campsites. Yuck.
We pulled up and thought about staying here and decided to keep looking.
