Keep Driving
We pulled in as we had called ahead and were told there was no reason to reserve. It was dry and dusty and did not see any cable hookups—I felt totally uncomfortable there and encouraged my husband to keep driving towards Reno and stopped in Fallon.

What staff?? Called to make reservation and the women I spoke to said there was no need for a reservation since there was space available. Got there drove around this little dusty campground and did not see available sites and getting ready to leave a man came up and pointed me to the one site that was available. I didn't even unhook my trailer to be out of there the next day. It did look like the new owners or trying to improve the place but from what it looks like it will take a few years before the campground is presentable.

Staff are really nice. But it’s dusty with no real amenities. However, for a quick overnight, it’s adequate.

Overnight stay was good. Staff was friendly. Easy pull through for a big 5th wheel toy hauler. Easy freeway access. Price was fair.

Can’t Recommen
RV Park is a gravel lot , dusty like hell, whenever somebody pulls in . Very close to interstate ,railroad track and interstate exit. A lot of noise from passing vehicles. Some old trees provide shade. Women’s bathroom under construction. By the way there’s only one RV Park : Candy beach is the former lazy .... Rv Park

Very accessible, clean, well kept little place. Got in late, just filled out the registration the next morning and dropped the money in the box. Bathrooms seemed well maintained. Never even spoke to anyone, just pulled in hooked up and pulled out in the morning. Definitely would recommend for an overnight stay to rest your eyes before hitting the road again. My girlfriend wanted me to add that the bathrooms were cute (beach themed), and she appreciated the trees to provide some shade from the desert heat. Also, looked like they were adding some cabins and in the process of expanding.
