This is a nice park, the office staff is the most helpful I’ve ever been around. I paid up for a month but had to leave a week later. They credited me the remainder to use in the future and actually honored it once I returned 4 months later. I’ve stayed in a lot of Rv parks and that never happens .

Glad So Left

I was living in that park. The new park was under construction and still is. October 15, everyone in the park was given a rent increase notice starting Nov 1. Rent went from $795 to $1249… Matt is a liar and a horrible person, he has screwed over many people in that park. Bad place, find elsewhere

The sites here are tight and unlevel. The dumpsters were all overflowing with trash and we noticed staff moving trash out of the dumpsters each day. So, maybe they aren't paying their trash removal bill? The laundry room was filthy and the dryers barely worked. There was no place safe for the kids to play. Only recreation area was a long forgotten basketball court. There is highway noise like another reviewer noted but that's the least of their problems!

Have stopped here several times over the past 10 years and it makes for a great stop if you need to resupply. The one negative is the wifi system appears to not have been up dated for years, very slow and frequent drops from the system. Some road noise from Hi Way 395 which runs along one side of the park.
