As described, no change. We paid $10 and were the only occupants. No dump station available, but the park in nearby Seward has one.

This is a very small city campground at the city park. 6 campsites, all gravel, back in. First come first serve. 30 amp electric. No showers, just the park restroom. Okay for an overnight stay. On the upside, play area/playground for the kids, close to the swimming pool. $10/ night suggested donation.
