Stopped here for overnight on way to CO. It’s ok for a KOA. Clean but could use a little updating. We chose the patio as it was raining and having a 25 ft , the set up was a little weird as our hookups were on the opposite side for us. We managed as we had long cords and hoses. Actual patio is set back a bit but overall, quiet and would come back again as easy to get back on I-80.

Clean, nice campground. The bathroom was exceptionally clean and nice. The kids enjoyed the pool after traveling over 12 hours all day. Sites are pretty close together. Friendly staff and excellent pizza!

Nice & Quiet

Drove in for an overnight stay. Campground is very well maintained. Surrounded by cornfields the leaves falling from the trees & the cool brisk weather was nice. We stayed in spot 8 which directly behind the office. We have a 30’ w/toad & we had plenty of room. Bathhouse was very nice & clean. Pizza is only sold till 7pm. We pulled in just after 6pm, set up & walked in to order & missed being able to order by 5 minutes. Pizza smells delicious after driving all day.

Nice Overnighter

Nice place to overnight coming home from the Black Hills. Owners were friendly upon check-in. Had good smelling pizza available for delivery to your campsite. Surrounded by corn fields which was nice to admire this close to harvest time. Stayed in site 83 on the south end of the campground. Most campers I spoke to were overnighting as well. Far enough from the interstate that it was quiet. Easy off and on. Would stay here again.

Isnt There Something Better?

Be aware. The campground is fine. Usually clean. Maybe has gone down a little from years passed. The staff is extremely hit or miss. The Manager and owner both seem to have good days but mostly bad days which makes you wonder why they chose to enter the hospitality field when they are clearly not interested in listening to any customer. I've had to stay here multiple times in the past.... And one time everything is great. Next time it's totally hostile and almost frightening. Its not just me.... I hear the same from many many others. Unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot of selection for camping that take reservations in the area. Nice Over nite

2 nd time we have stayed for an overnight, made reservation way out and still ended in what we felt was the cheap end. Place is clean and showers are clean, was a little rainy when we stayed and had a large puddle right where you came out of rv, not impressed. For an overnight it is ok, if we had to we would stay again, but not impressed.

Be Aware There Is No Laundry At This KOA

Arrived with a ton of laundry to find all the washers were out of service due to a collapse of the Leech field. I was very disappointed in KOA for not telling us at the time of our reservation or, before we arrived so we could have planned to stop before we arrived. The closest laundry is a 15min drive away This hurt KOA’s integrity as far as I am concerned.

Nice park, adequate space, clean, kept up. Friendly staff, level sites, (gravel). Would stay again.

No Internet

There is no Internet. Most of the staff is very friendly. But not all! Great for big grins beautiful campsites. And they make Good pizza.

Nice friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Pool, toads and fireflies were a big plus for our children. We had a great time.
