Beautiful interpretive Scenic Area

Not labeled as a rest area so not 100% sure if the gates are closed at night, but had interpretive signs, clean restroom here (restroom sign, open 7am-9pm). The is parking on both sides of the road, connected by underpass, walkable Hope someone can update regarding overnight parking. Great spot to rest and have a coffee, as we did.
