Surrounded by rundown homes. Nothing fancy at all. Unattractive. Only plus it’s on the river, but you look across at ugly homes. Sabe your time and money.....

Campers way too close together. Couldn't get the awning all the way out. Clean but very small restrooms.

Nice grassy area for tents. Clean bathrooms/showers. No fire pits in tent area.
