Friendly and Convenient…except

Appreciate the kind staff. Overall, it’s a decent place to stop overnight. Caution anyone driving on the I-44 in MO during the night and in rainstorms since there is insufficient highway signage regarding the winding roads, curves and sudden elevation changes. Take it slow! (Not a specific issue for the RV park) I ranked the park 3 stars since it borders the loud interstate and many clients did not pick up after their dogs in the reasonably sized dog park! It was disgusting to see dog excrement despite the park providing the bags and signs reminding campers to clean up after their pets. It’s unfortunate that the RV campers are irresponsible who stay here.

We stayed one night Dec 27th on our way to AZ. Bobby was very friendly and helpful. The resort, the rest rooms and showers were well maintained. This will be our yearly stopping location on our way west.

New park 2022

We stayed here one night on our trip. Called in the evening to get a site and had fantastic service on the phone. Pulled in about dusk. Site number well lit which was helpful. Big pull in gravel sites. New private bathrooms and showers. New laundromat and dog park. Small playground. Fairly level sites. We would stay again. Easy on and off interstate. Not many food places at this exit but there are a ton at the next exit to the east just a few miles don the road. Not much shade. Very close to highway and a rest area so a LOT of truck noise. That is the reason for one less star.
