Expected Better
They make you sign a liability waiver as soon as you get there. The whole time that you’re at the resort they make you wear a very uncomfortable plastic wristband. Check-in was almost adversarial with the signing of the waiver, the plastic wristbands that they attached to our wrists and the incredible list of rules. Not once did they say hello we’re glad you’re here. Thanks for staying with us. Even the park has huge billboards listing all of the rules. I didn’t see a single billboard that said thank you for staying with us and for spending your money with us. I also thought it was way overpriced for a gravel parking lot with hook ups. We will definitely not be back.

Worst Camping Trip Ever
We reserved a campsite few day before. Got to campground they made us sign a weave stating there not responsible for anything. Went to use bathrooms filthy tried 5 different bathrooms before I found one clean enough to go in. All the trash cans were full and overflowing. It had been raining before we got there our campsite had 6 inches of standing water in it. Wi-Fi and cell service is zero. Went beck to sea if we could get a refund people outside office were complaining about no cell service. Went in office they said no refunds for weather we told them about all the other stuff they said no refunds for weather. We left never to return not worth camping there

Not My Kind Of Camping
I reserved a spot here for two nights on a weekend after I couldn’t get into the Onondaga State Park campground across the river. It’s a tourist trap for tons of people to sit in the river or campground and drink and smoke and party. The sites are full hookup but consist of mainly dust and rock and close quarters, and there are alot of them. The ones they sent me to look at were so bad we wanted to leave. They would not refund our money because they have a no refund policy. After picking the best of the terrible sites I couldn’t even get leveled. Finally they gave me site that I fit into and was level. This was after 4 hours of having already been there. Also there is absolutely no cell service or any signals that could be picked up by the best of TV antennas. Not one. We left the dust bowl the next morning leaving the rest of our money with them for Sunday night because they would not refund it. We will never go back.
