Quiet and 3 miles off main road. No problems. We just did a quick overnight stop. Bring a generator and a full fresh water tank. There was a dump station a bit hidden near the water, but we did not use it or see it in use. Need a place to stop - this works. There was a bit of a fly problem going on - it could have been outhouse issues. (We didn't go there.) Bring life jacket if you want to use free aluminum boat.

Nicely maintained and seems secure with state fish hatchery employees on the grounds.

BEST FREE camping!!

Can't get much better than this place! Nice spots, some are shaded. Pit toilets, free boats to row, campfire rings, picnic tables, and plenty of area for fishing.
