Nice Place

We have come here 2 times now. The staff is nice and they have just enough things to do it is not annoying. Had a back in site, and it was roomy.

Great Place

Bathrooms clean. Friendly staff. Good pizza . Ideally located. Pancake breakfast great.

Bad Choice

Reserved the site that was supposed to have a patio. It did not. They moved us three times and we finally gave up and just stayed in the third spot, no patio, and very uneven like the other sites. The bathroom/showers were good. The pool was good. But that is the only thing. We stayed Wednesday through Sunday and spend over $220

Disappointed

Reserved a "luxury " site and it wound up surrounded by a concrete wall looking at the junk behind the convention center! And no shade. When we asked to move we were told no shady sites available so had to downgrade to standard site but it has shade! In walking the campground tonight we are noticing many empty sites under trees! Also the luxury site we saw on the online picture does exist and is empty! Bait and switch? Why wouldn't they allow us to move to the luxury site we paid for?? Beware

Nice Place For Kids

I always write reviews a from the perspective of having two young boys. The park is clean, easy to level, and close to everything. The pancake breakfast is a nice touch that the kids love and pizza delivered to your site after a long day at the waterpark is a plus. We also rented their pontoon boat which made for an awesome day at the lake. They launch it and pick it up. The sites are a bit close together and the resort is on a hillside, so bike riding is not a good option. The playground is nice, but a little old and the pool has a slide, but the ladder is a slippery plastic that many kids eventually slipped off of. Wifi isn't great. Overall we would come back and had a good stay.

Beautiful, Friendly Staff, Dog Friendly

Free pancakes in the morning, garbage pick-up before 11:30, friendly staff and plenty of them. Staff members are always ready & willing to help campers and they are not hard to find! Campground is always clean and well kept, very dog friendly with a fenced in dog playground were they can be off leash. Dog poop bags located in 3 areas and are never empty! Big grass area to play catch or run your dog, and a short hiking trail thru the woods. Nice children's playground!

Top Notch!

We upgraded to a luxury site for my birthday and it was wonderful to have a nice large patio work nice landscaping, a fire pit, and a glider! But all the sites looked nice. Friendly staff. Even picked up trash for us and delivered fire wood! Free pancakes in the mornings. Very clean restrooms. Nice park and pool. We'll be back! :-)
