Excellent Urban RV Park
Five stars to this park. Concrete level pads, manicured grass, clean, clean, all hookups, cable/wifi, conference room, BBQ area, play area, well lite. Small trees so little shade and cable fuzzy. Easy on and off I-55. Definitely on my favorites list. Reasonable, good sam discounts.

When one finds a treasure, an oasis, you want to express your thankfulness! First off, the staff. Everything was as they said which made our late arrival painless and smooth! Secondly, the sites. Concrete, level, clean and simply amazing. Thirdly, the dog run area. We have one large breed and one large breed puppy. They were overjoyed at the amount of space available to them! Lastly, the entire place is relaxing, the people are kind, the grass is very well maintained, the curb and gutter immaculate and overall, one of the nicer places we have stayed at. And with Tanger Outlets right across the highway, it’s a win! We will be back! It was an amazing experience.
P.S. yes, you can hear the planes, yes you can hear some road noise. It’s called traveling :) it’s what all of us on this site do ;)

First Night On The Road (Of 40)
Very nice park. Good stopping place for getting past Memphis traffic in the morning. A little expensive for my taste!

Our group arrived late due to repairs. The staff was so helpful accommodating our very late arrival. The facility is clean, well organized and big rig friendly. Will definitely stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay and close to Memphis
This is a basic park but they do the basics well. Clean, easy to maneuver around, safe. About 20 minutes from Memphis. We would return.

Basic , basic park. Small , good for 1-2 nites. The pool opened the day we left! They said the nite before they had to shock it! The doggie park was nice. The office opened at 11: a.m. good for passing through!

Would Stay Again
One night stay on our way home. Was very happy with the facilities, the hookups and the staff. Are golden retrievers thought the dog run was the best everexclamation point after 11 days on leashes they were ready for a run! Will stay again if in the area.

Truly Big Rig Friendly
This park is truly big rig friendly. We are 75 ft long and they put us in sight #30 which is about 120 ft long. The park is laid out well and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Easy access on and off the freeway as well. If you're going to Memphis this is a great place to stay right outside the city. #dougieroadtrip

Clean, easy to park concrete sites, no shade trees. I work from my RV and i had trouble connecting to the Wifi with iphone and computer. I will have to find a park with a better Wifi system

Nice place. Everything in reviews is accurate. Just think the price is a bit high.

Nice level concrete pads with picnic tables. Great facilities. Very clean and new. Only thing keeping a 5 star review is the proximity to the airport and very young shade trees. The first night the planes were an issue for me not others, the second night no planes. Depends on wind direction.

We took our dog with us and the dog run is one of the superior areas we have encountered. The campgrounds are clean and new. Located on the edge of a neighborhood you will be just ten minutes outside of Graceland and Memphis. The only drawback is that the airport is just a few miles to the north. FedEx has their hub there and they fly 24/7. I personally enjoy watching the airplanes as they are on final approach. At night, you may think you residing near a war zone that is under attack! My wife did not notice the noise, but depending on the wind direction, FedEx will be taking off or landing. I find landing to be a bit quieter. Overall, a pleasant stay.
