No Wi-Fi

Basically a marina with a nice RV park. This park is quite a few miles from Brandon but it has the address indicating it is near Branden. It is actually very Goshen Springs. The lake is very nice and while the park is for boating activities it is a nice place to bird watch. I saw bluebirds, killdeer, egrets, heron, terns, grebe and gulls from the park. The park is also near the Natchez Trace Parkway, Browns Landing and the Pearl River Wildlife Management Area. My site had the sewer connection way too high (12” or more above the ground)-that will not work well for a motor home. 50 amp service available and nice concrete pads. A very clean park with mostly new facilities. We were there Jan. 1st so the ground was soggy. Overall, nice people and a good experience.

Camper

Sunset Marina is a peaceful place. The staff and campers are so kind and helpful. At night it’s a paradise to watch the sun set and in the mornings the view over the water is a perfect way to start your day.
